UAE Delegation Visits Civil Service College
A delegation led by His Excellency Dr Mohammed Ibrahim Al Dhaheri, Deputy Director General of the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy (AGDA) in the United Arab Emirates, visited the Civil Service College (CSC) on 3 October 2025. This marked the first visit by delegates from the UAE to CSC. The delegation also included His Excellency Shaikh Saoud Ali Almualla, the Consul General of the United Arab Emirates in Hong Kong, alongside other representatives from AGDA and the Consulate. The Secretary for the Civil Service, Mrs Ingrid Yeung, accompanied by the Head of the Civil Service College, Mr Oscar Kwok, welcomed the delegation and hosted a tour of the College’s facilities at the North Point Government Offices.

Shared Vision and Future Collaboration
During the visit, Head/CSC highlighted the College’s commitment to fostering a proactive mission-driven culture in the civil service through mindset-based training and nurturing future leaders for enhanced governance. Both sides engaged in a fruitful exchange of experiences and best practices in civil service training, reflecting their shared dedication to preparing the next generation of public service leaders. The discussion has laid a solid foundation for exploring future collaboration.
