We infuse the people-first and One Government service ethos into all civil service training programmes spanning induction, management, leadership, functional and skill-based training across all levels. Through interactive modes of training such as case studies, experience sharing, discussions, experiential learning and e-learning, we endeavour to inculcate in civil servants a sense of duty and commitment to serve the public.  

We also organise the "Civil Service Outstanding Service Award Scheme" to recognise the achievements in providing quality service, and run the “Serve with Excellence Seminar Series” to promote the good practices exemplified by the winning teams.
