Civil Service Training Advisory Board

A Civil Service Training Advisory Board comprising professionals and government officials was set up in November 2019 to give guidance on training for the civil service and the long-term development strategy of the College.


Terms of Reference

The Civil Service Training Advisory Board shall advise the Government on matters relating, but not confined, to the following key areas:

 

  • contents of training programmes for the civil service;
  • collaboration with local, Mainland and overseas institutions;
  • Mainland and overseas civil service exchange programmes; and
  • vision, mission, governance and other aspects of the College.

Organisational Structure

This is the organisational chart of the Civil Service College. The College is led by the Head of the College, Mr Oscar Kwok, and the Deputy Head, Ms Janice Tam. It consists of four divisions: First, School of Public Sector Leadership, led by Director Ms Janice Tam; Second, School of Professional Development, led by Director Ms Wendy Dan and Assistant Director Ms Louise Lo; Third, Centre for Research and Development, led by Director Ms Fiona Chan; and Fourth, Corporate Services Office, led by Executive Manager Ms Emily Ng.
